On Saturday 18th May, the Vertivore team will be exhibiting at the bi-annual Alcester Food Festival to showcase our beyond organic salads, herbs and greens to local residents and business representatives.
Visitors to our stand will be able to learn about the benefits of vertical farming, understanding how growing salads, herbs and greens in our LED climate-controlled system can be beneficial for the environment, complete with samples to try.
Ideal for both independent and chain suppliers looking for fresh, local produce or for restaurants looking to source the finest, homegrown ingredients, Vertivore will be on hand to answer any questions on product quality, supply and demand, including information on how quickly our products can be in your hands from their original harvest.
A popular Festival, forecast to attract over 9000 visitors, the Alcester Food Festival takes place in the historic Alcester town centre, filling the High Street, Church Street and Henley Street with a wide range of fabulous food and drink from local businesses.
Vertivore’s sister brand and microbrewery, Lab Culture, will also be showcasing its produce, where visitors will be presented with the opportunity to try its science-inspired American style craft ales, brewed using the wasted LED heat from the vertical farming process.
