The Vertivore team is excited to announce it will be showcasing its latest ‘beyond organic’ produce at the famous Droitwich Food Festival next month.
Taking place at the Lido Park, Droitwich Spa, on Saturday 22nd and Sunday 23rd the Droitwich Food Festival attracts over 100 exhibitors and an estimated 15,000 visitors each year, who come from across the region to enjoy local produce provided by the region’s wholesalers and businesses.
Throughout the event, Vertivore will provide the opportunity for attendees to learn about the vertical farming process and the benefits of growing salads, herbs and greens in our LED climate-controlled system, complete with samples to try.
Mike Capewell, Founder of Vertivore, confirmed: “The Droitwich Food Festival is an excellent annual event, which provides the opportunity for local businesses to network with like-minded professionals, whilst showcasing quality locally produced food and drink to members of the local community.”
“This will be the second time Vertivore will have showcased our Beyond Organic produce to the general public and we are incredibly excited to hear their feedback.”
Vertivore’s sister brand, Lab Culture, will also be showcasing its produce at the Food Festival, where visitors can try its science-inspired American style craft ales, brewed using the wasted LED heat from our very own vertical farming process.
